Dealtree Launches BUY-DIRECT online store

Laguna Hills, CA, January 24, 2003  – Dealtree Inc., a leader in online auction management, today announced the completion and launch of their BUY-DIRECT online store.  "Our own online store was the next step in building our volume capabilities, and will address customer demand for other methods of selling inventories" said Paul Fletcher, President and co-founder of Dealtree.   

The Dealtree Buy-direct store links directly into Dealtree's Auction Manager software platform allowing Dealtree clients to simultaneously take advantage of multiple market channels to move their surplus inventories.  Dealtree's platform manages the entire process from receiving and testing open-box product to merchandising and marketing.  "Handling thousands of transactions a day is how we designed the Auction Manager system, and the Buy-Direct store is just the natural evolution of that platform." commented Garry Heath, Co-founder and CTO of Dealtree.
