Dealtree  Shipping Policies 
We can ship your order within the continental United States.  Alaska and Hawaii orders are restricted to air freight only, and will incur additional shipping costs.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We can ship to any street address within the continental United States. (Alaska and Hawaii will incur significant additional shipping costs). NO APO, FPO or PO BOX ADDRESSES - UPS cannot deliver to a PO box.

HOW FAST DO WE SHIP?
We usually ship the same day if payment is received prior to 7:00 am (Pacific Time). We ship items via ground service using UPS and FedEx to control processing costs and offer the best possible price to our customers. Normal ground transit times vary between 1-7 business days, depending upon the distance you are from the warehouse that ships your order.

HOW DO WE INFORM YOU OF THE TRACKING NUMBER?
When an item is shipped to you, we send you an automatic email notification that includes the name of the item, the auction item number and the name and address the package was shipped to along with the tracking number, and a link to UPS so you can tell where your shipment is in transit. 

HOW CAN I CONTACT DEALTREE AFTER THE SHIPMENT?
If you have any questions about a shipment, or receive your item in damaged condition as a result of freight damage, please contact us by using our message form. Be sure to include your Dealtree invoice number or auction-ID number with your correspondence. 

SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES
In order to simplify our auctions, and make the bidding process fair to everyone, we charge a fixed fee for shipping and handling, regardless of where the merchandise will be shipped. The fee is based on an average charge for all destinations within the continental United States. These charges do not necessarily reflect the exact cost for shipping the item to the auction winner. Shipping your winning bid to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional costs.

PICKUP ORDERS
We are a warehouse operation, and not all inventory is kept in one location. As such, we are not set up to allow pickup of orders from all our warehouses. 

If special arrangements are able to be made for picking up your order at our warehouse, you will be charged a $6.95 Handling fee for each item to offset the cost for special handling of your order.

COMBINING MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE SHIPMENT
We DO NOT offer customers a choice of consolidating multiple shipments to reduce shipping and handling charges. We cannot guarantee that all your orders will ship the same day, or even from the same warehouse, so combining shipments is not offered to our customers.  

Our shipping and handling costs are reflective of the fair value for shipping anywhere in the 48 states, and will not be reduced even if we are able to combine your orders into one shipping container.
